Founded in 1934 in Colombia, Argos is the leader in the Colombian cement industry and the fourth largest cement producer in Latin America. In 2005 Argos created Argos USA when it purchased Southern Star Concrete and Concrete Express in the United States. The company is committed to the welfare and improvement of both the environment and the community. Argos makes annual contributions to the community and reforestation projects.
